Regional Quality Improvement Administrator (Administrator I)

1. Coordinate regional meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling, room resource, communications, preparing materials, presentations, and distributing communications.
2. Provide administrative support to the Regional QI Section Supervisor by collaborating with Administration section to update processes, assist with calendar and communication tasks, prepare data visuals and formatting for annual reports.
3. Develop and monitor Regional QI SharePoint sites and system monitoring, managing permissions and submitting tickets related to troubleshooting RQI data systems.
4. Prepare high volume correspondence to patients and providers, utilizing proofreading and communication skills.
5. Provide administrative support for CEEMS including data management, and assisting with recruiting, training and special events
6. Assist with data requests and retrieve information for MEO, dispatch centers and agency statistics. 
7. Serve as a liaison to EMS agencies and regional partners by routing requests and questions to supervisor and Functional Analyst.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience coordinating recurring meetings, community events, or training activities.

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products, including iOS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, or similar workplace applications.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, retrieve, compile, and evaluate data from multiple software applications or data systems.

• Minimum of one (1) year managing communication platforms, websites, SharePoint sites, or project management applications including requesting/granting internal/external permissions, downloading/uploading info and placing Help Desk tickets.

• Experience providing administrative support to managers or supervisors, including calendar management, correspondence, records, contracts, or other administrative functions.

• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines, communicating status and following up as needed.

• Valid WA State Driver License at time of application 

• Ability to assist in lifting up to 50lbs. (minimal)

• Experience with using database systems to identify discrepancies

• Experience planning and coordinating large-scale meetings, trainings, conferences, or other events

• Experience serving as the primary point of contact on a regional scale managing communication between multiple departments, agencies, or external organizations.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar applications to develop professional reports, visual communication materials and writing narrative summaries for technical or operational information.

• Experience with primary maintenance of project management software or processes

• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, WordPress websites, or other internal or external communication platforms.
