Lead a high-impact statewide team dedicated to excellence in public service! In this leadership role, you will provide direct managerial oversight of the statewide Case Review Team (CRT) within Region 6's Economic Stability Section of the MVA Division. The manager directly supervises five Economic Stability Supervisors, who oversee a team of 30 Economic Stability Specialists. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that analyst statewide achieves established case accuracy goals through effective leadership, performance management, quality assurance, and operational oversight.

Requirements

Seven years of economic stability social services experience; OR

Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of economic stability social services experience; OR

A bachelor's degree plus four years of economic stability social services experience; OR

An advanced degree in a social sciences field, business, public, or health administration plus three years of economic stability social services experience.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
  • Ensuring all Case Review Team (CRT) Reviewers apply policy consistently, accurately, and without bias when conducting case reviews.
  • Monitors reviewer performance to ensure daily and monthly production requirements are met while maintaining established quality and accuracy standards.
  • The CRT Manager serves as the primary point of communication between the CRT and field supervisors/ managers regarding case reviews, review outcomes, and issues related to the CRT Tracking process in Smartsheet.
  • Provides guidance, resolves operational concerns, and consistent communication to support statewide review procedures.
  • Meets regularly with State Office Leadership to analyze review data, identify statewide error trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve program accuracy, and strengthen policy compliance.
