Fulton County Public Health is building a senior leadership team focused on improving population health in Metro Atlanta. The Director of Communications and Community Engagement will help redirect and manage existing programs to focus on public health messaging across the community to impact public health outcomes.
Fulton is the largest county in Georgia and leads metro Atlanta in public health innovation. The Department is focused on expanding partnerships with communities, medical systems and universities, and transitioning to a more community-based orientation and outcomes focus.
Master's degree in related field from an accredited college or university AND seven years of experience managing professional level staff OR
Ten years of related professional experience AND Seven years managing at the level equivalent to area of assignment OR
Seven years of experience required at the lower-level Dir., Business Ops (GSM014) or position equivalent.
