$31,200 - $46,800 Annually

Why does the job exist?

 
The purpose of this is to provide custodial services in order to maintain a sanitary environment for patients, residents, visitors and staff.

How does it get done?

 
Incumbent will direct institutional housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions.

Ideal Candidate

 
Ideal candidate will have:
-Experience performing routine janitorial services;
-Experience cleaning various types of equipment;
-Experience with working with the steps and precautions that need to be taken while dealing with hazardous waste; and preparing requests to order supplies and equipment.

Minimum Qualification

 
No prior experience or training required.

Employment Requirements

 
Must possess a valid Drivers License.

Working Conditions

 
Work is performed in an indoor setting and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles or caustic chemicals. Lifting, pushing, pulling, transferring, and/or carrying up to fifty (50) pounds.Position may be required to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
