In this rewarding role, you’ll help community members navigate applications, renewals, and case updates while providing outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and through email. You’ll play a key part in outreach events, assist clients with self-service tools, and ensure accurate case processing and correspondence in electronic systems. Requirements

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

  • Serves as agency's front line support to the public.

  • Completes timely and accurate statewide correspondence processing.

  • Processes timely and accurate case status updates and case notes in electronic record systems.

  • Completes and/or assists members with completing self-service portal change reports.

  • Answers general questions in-person, by telephone, or by email concerning agency policies, program requirements, case status, and the application or renewal process.

  • Assists with outreach efforts by attending special events sponsored by Medicaid, distributing printed material, promotional items, and providing basic information.

  • Performs a variety of administrative support functions.
