Requirements

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

  • Serves as the administrative assistant to the APS Director and coordinates communications, inquiries, and correspondence for APS staff. 

  • Routes phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications to the appropriate staff or program areas. 

  • Maintains and organizes contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other critical program records. 

  • Coordinates meetings, scheduling, meeting materials, and related administrative activities to support daily APS operations. 

  • Serves as the time and attendance coordinator and HR liaison for APS personnel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 

  • Manages the retention, filing, and destruction of APS records in accordance with established records retention requirements. 

  • Processes mail distribution and provides administrative support to the OAAS Budget and Supports Division and other program operations as needed.
