$66,880 - $100,320 Annually

Why does the job exist?

 
Incumbent will supervise the transactions/classifications, compensation, position control, applications/recruitment, information/file maintenance and perform multi-facet HR functions for the facility providing support to Administration.

How does it get done?

 
Incumbent will be responsible for administering complex rules, regulations, federal and state laws providing guidance, direction and technical assistance to HR staff, NMBHI management and staff on HR issues regarding actions surrounding recruitment, classification, compensation, and position control.

Who are the customers?

 
Curren, former, and potential employees of NMBHI as well as other State Agency personnel.

Ideal Candidate

 
Experience with policies and procedures;
Experience with SHARE HCM;
Customer Service skills;
Experience as a supervisor.

Minimum Qualification

 
Bachelor's Degree in any related field and four (4) years of experience in training, staff development, designing courses, producing instructional aides/materials, human resource operations, recruitment, selection, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration and/or occupational analysis. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Employment Requirements

 
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions

 
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Possible exposure to irate clientele. Some statewide travel may be required. Incumbent will work under stress and frequent time constraints.
