We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker 4 to join our team and deliver high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. 


Requirements

Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:

A master's degree in social work followed by three years of social services experience.

Job Duties:

  • The incumbent in this position provides case management services and a full range of appropriate treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals and their families in a planned, coordinated, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Under the supervision of a psychologist, the social worker implements direct behavior support plans.
  • The incumbent will record progress notes and case summaries; writes discharge plans and summaries.
