SALARY INFORMATION: $66,351.55 Annually / Pay Grade L / Job Code HCP191

Requirements

Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with established nurse protocols. Works in the program area of adult health (STD, Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, Pregnancy Testing/Perinatal Case Management), also provide immunizations to infants, children, and adults as well as hearing/vision and dental screenings. Performs client assessment, provides treatments, educates clients on health problems, and provides the necessary referrals to internal and external health care providers. Assists with weekly and monthly vaccine inventory and performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse AND CPR certification
OR
Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND One year of PHN experience AND completion of a PHN course within one year of hire AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certification.
