Public Health Nurse 2:

Any combination of additional education, certification, and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in:

If chosen for the position, you will be required to provide the following items prior to employment:
- Proof of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap), Mumps, Measles, Rubella (MMR), and Varicella immunizations.
- Proof of Hepatitis B (immunity or a signed declination statement)
- Annual influenza vaccination or a signed declination statement.
- Proof of Tuberculosis screening within the past 12 months, or upon employment.
- A copy of your current driver's license.

FLEXIBLY STAFFED
This position is flexibly staffed. This vacancy may be filled at either the 2 or 3 level, depending on the applicant's training and/or experience. The full range of salaries is listed above. Starting salary will be determined by the level of the position.
