PT professional health care worker

Audit records, communicate/liaison between clinic and facilities.

Part time position, not eligible for benefits.

Requirements

job is responsible for completing immunization records audits for all Chatham county public and private schools as well as daycare facilities. Duties include but are not limited to maintain contact with all daycare facilities and school nurses, auditing records, troubleshooting problems and questions associated with records, assisting with transferring records into GRITS and VHN, and communicating immunization needs with parents.
