In this position, you’ll design and build powerful reporting infrastructure to track access to care, outcomes, and program performance for innovative initiatives like CCBHCs and the 1115 Re-entry Waiver. Requirements

Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR

Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR

A bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR

An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

  • Leads the development and implementation of reporting infrastructure to track utilization, access to care, clinical outcomes, and program costs for CCBHCs and the 1115 Re-entry Waiver; 
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and define required data elements, metrics, and outputs; 
  • Partners with LDH staff and contractors to design, build, and maintain databases and data systems that support reporting and analytics; 
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to produce routine and ad hoc reports that support state and federal reporting requirements; 
  • Develops and refines report templates, dashboards, and analytical tools in collaboration with internal teams and third-party contractors; 
  • Writes and maintains SQL/SAS queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from internal and external databases; 
  • Coordinates with requestors and leadership to ensure clear understanding of data requests, deliver accurate outputs, and support ongoing program and operational needs.
