Main Purpose of Job

This full-time position will perform a variety of tasks for a broad range of personnel activities in the H.R. Division and to provide assistance to all staff of the agency as it relates to human resource matters. This position is the primary timekeeper for the agency as well as the main individual to handle special payments contracts. This position is designated emergency essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Experience: None.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The desired candidate should possess the following: Experience with timekeeping and special payment contracts. Experience with establishing and maintaining personnel files.
