Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Minimum Qualification

 
Eighth grade education.

Employment Requirements

 
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certification from the State of New Mexico, or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment

Working Conditions

 
Work is performed primarily in an office setting. This includes a structured workplace with standardized operating hours. Extensive use of Visual/Video Display Terminals (VDT) is common, involving prolonged periods of working on personal computers. The position may involve minimal physical activity, primarily restricted to sitting for extended periods, along with occasional lifting up to 50lbs. Occasional work outside of normal work schedule to support community initiatives.
