The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral, and psychiatric support needs.

Requirements

Three years of human resources experience; OR

Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR

A bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:

  • Provides specialized tasks in maintaining the organizational structure in LaGov Human Capital Management (HCM) as a paid agency to ensure the agency’s hierarchy is correct when positions are moved, or unfunded to fund new positions.
  • Advise supervisors of the need to update position descriptions when changes occur.
  • Review agency’s position descriptions for allocations and job corrections to ensure position description is written in proper format and accurately reflect the organizational structure.
  • Maintain organizational charts.
  • Run HCM reports for the accounting of the current status of all PSSC positions.
  • Compile T/O, vacancy, and temporary positions reports.
  • Run and review HCM reports to identify errors of Human Resources Analyst in the Operations Unit for actions and pay changes.
  • Provide retirement counseling.

Location: Operations / Organization Management

SHIFT: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PASS DAYS: Saturday / Sunday

Appointment Type: This position may be filled by Detail, Probation, Promotion, Demotion, or Lateral Transfer.

Special Entrance Rate

  • Human Resources Analyst A:  $$20.20 Hourly - $35.40 Hourly
  • Human Resources Analyst B:  $$21.61 Hourly - $37.88 Hourly
  • Human Resources Analyst C:  $$24.31 Hourly - $43.37 Hourly
  • Human Resources Analyst Specialist:  $$26.01 Hourly - $46.41 Hourly
