This is a full time, full benefit eligible position, located in Lowndes County, Georgia.

Requirements

Under supervision, provides multiple human resources services in support of an organization. Responsible for training and other human resource functions. Learns to assess, plan and/or coordinate training sessions for an agency. Performs end-to-end learning and development. Begins to evaluate training and learning outcomes in relation to functional and/or technical training activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and an equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job. One (1) year of experience in a support role providing coaching, mentoring or related job duties and knowledge of functional business area where training is to be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates with a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.


Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.

DPH accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered. DPH will contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.
