Requirements
Purpose of the Position: Directs and provides assistance to plan, organize, direct and coordinate the delivery of health services. Provides assistance to develop and implement related policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates healthcare programs. Directs subordinate managers and staff. Will manage large numbers of agency staff or have large scope of responsibility within agency.Essential Functions (include, but are not limited to):
·Develop long and short-term goals for the health agency and participates in the agency's strategic and operational planning
·Interviews, hires, directs, trains, evaluates the performance of, and when necessary, disciplines and discharges health care employees
·Maintains awareness of advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance charges, and financing options
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health care services or related field from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of professional managerial or supervisory experience in health care services; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Mgr 2, Hlth Care (HCM011) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require certification and/or licensure.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands: This position does not require a lot of physical exertion. May require some lifting, but no more than 50 lbs. Not always a sedentary position; will require some walking to/from and in/out chair. It does require flexibility of working in various areas of the clinic when necessary, and some outreach. Confidentiality and precise data entry are a requirement. Punctuality and assigned work schedule.
Salary Information:$76,218.42 Annually | Pay Grade N
