Central Louisiana Human Services District (CLHSD) is seeking an experienced and visionary Behavioral Health Center Manager A to provide leadership and strategic direction for our Caring Choices clinic in Leesville.

Requirements

A master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field plus three years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR

A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus two years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling.

  • This position is assigned to the Leesville Behavioral Health Clinic in Vernon Parish.

  • Administratively responsible for supervising and directing all activities of a small clinic and maintains an active presence in the local community. 

  • Supervises the clinicians and administrative support staff of the clinic

  • Maintains a collaborative relationship with all physicians assigned to the clinic 

  • Maintains an active and visible role in the professional community. 

  • Reports directly to the Behavioral Health Regional Director.

Appointment Type: This position may be filled by a probational appointment or promotional appointment.
Location: This vacancy is located at Central Louisiana Human Services District main campus in Leesville, La. 

Compensation: Note regarding the advertised pay range: The advertised maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title/level over their career and not the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
