Requirements

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

·  Performs a variety of administrative and office support functions including payroll, purchasing, inventory management, travel coordination, safety reporting, and other assigned operational duties. 

·  Ensures all reports, documentation, and administrative processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures. 

·  Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers with dignity, compassion, and respect. 

·  Maintains strict confidentiality of personnel, operational, and sensitive agency information at all times. 

·  Identifies and reports problems, concerns, or potential operational issues through the appropriate chain of command. 

·  Utilizes computer applications and automated systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, internet/web-based platforms, and other agency software to support daily operations. 

·  Demonstrates initiative in identifying available resources, resolving issues, and meeting the needs of customers, staff, and office operations effectively.
