In this role, you will manage incoming mail, image and classify documents, and ensure timely and accurate processing into member accounts. Requirements

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail to ensure timely processing and routing of documents.
  • Images, scans, and classifies documents accurately by document type for proper record management.
  • Processes and transmits documents to member accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintains organized filing and archiving systems to support efficient document retrieval and retention.
  • Safeguards confidential information and ensures compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Assists with special projects and provides operational support to the Medicaid team and administrative staff as assigned.
