Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow has a Special Entrance Rate of $36.56 / hourly.
Psychologist 2 has a Special Entrance Rate of $39.12 / hourly.
Psychologist 3 has a Special Entrance Rate of $44.79 / hourly.
-Retention Pay of $1.00, and up to $5.00 for every hour worked.
-Premium Pay of $2.00 every hour worked.

FUNCTION OF WORK:To improve the functioning of individual clients and/or organizations involving the limited application of psychological principles and techniques within one or more of the following functional areas: direct services; consultation; training; research. Services provided vary depending upon specific organizational needs and generally fall into one of the major psychological subject matter specializations.
LEVEL OF WORK:
Entry.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Clinical supervision is received from a licensed psychologist. Close administrative supervision is received from a facility administrator, licensed psychologist, or other professional at a higher level.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
May be exercised over paraprofessional, semi-professional and clerical staff.
LOCATION OF WORK:
Statewide.
JOB DISTINCTIONS:
Differs from the Psychologist 2 by the absence of a license to practice as a psychologist.EXAMPLES BELOW ARE A BRIEF SAMPLE OF COMMON DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS JOB TITLE. NOT ALL POSSIBLE TASKS ARE INCLUDED.
Performs all clinical duties under the close supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Selects, administers, and interprets standard psychological tests.
Interviews, assesses and treats patients, clients, students, or residents in accordance with individual treatment plans developed by the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Conducts psychotherapy and counseling for groups, individuals, and families.
Implements programs involving the application of behavior modification principles and techniques.
Reports the results of tests, interviews, and evaluations to interdisciplinary staff.
Conducts organizationally approved research projects of limited scope.
Prepares and maintains records and reports of assignments.
