The mission of the Department of Health (DOH) is to collaborate within the health ecosystem to safeguard and enhance equity and optimal health for all individuals in Washington State. Housed within the Center for Facilities, Risk, and Adjudication, the Office of Enterprise Risk Management (OERM) plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating events or outcomes that may hinder the agency's strategic objectives.  These roles support the Department of Health in Washington State by coordinating operations in the centralized scanning unit. It involves transitioning paper files to an Enterprise Content Management System (ECM) to reduce departmental risk and improve records management. Additionally, it contributes to the department's goal of creating a digital, paperless environment and enhances efficiency and accuracy by providing electronic search capabilities.

Responsibilities include reviewing, scanning, and ensuring the quality of electronic files.

The duty station for these full time, permanent Program Specialist 2 (PS2) positions is in Tumwater, WA. The work requires in-person attendance to perform the physical tasks and duties.
