Requirements
PH RN 2:
Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures. Focuses on the prevention of illness, injury or disability, the promotion of health and maintenance of the health of populations. Cares for population with special needs during disasters/emergencies and biological and chemical protocols.
Additional Travel RN Duties:
Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures. Focuses on the prevention of illness, injury or disability, the promotion of health and maintenance of the health of populations. Cares for population with special needs during disasters/emergencies and biological and chemical protocols.
Additional Travel RN Duties:
- Educates patients who are traveling domestically and internationally about area visiting and any medical and/or civil concerns
- Gives vaccines and medication for conditions associated with travel
- Cross-trains in regular Immunizations to work as needed
Qualifications
PH RN 2:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university AND Current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse AND CPR certification OR Associate's degree/diploma in Nursing from an accredited college AND One year of PHN experience AND Completion of a PHN course within one year of hire AND Current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certification.

- Experience with TRAVAX
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under established clinic protocols

- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients
- Self-directed
- Ability to complete tasks without detailed supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience vaccinating all age groups
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish
