Hourly PH Registered Nurse

Requirements

• This position is an hourly grant position to assist current staff with workloads and provide services to clients within District 1-2 county health departments.
• The Grant is to run through June 2025.
• This position will work a max of 29 hours per week, will be assigned to rotate between Health departments located in Cherokee, Fannin, Gilmer, Pickens, and Whitfield based on need.
• This position will provide services to clients within the Child Health, Immunization, Family Planning, TB, Women's Health, STI, and Breast & Cervical programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a PHN course within one year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification.

Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
 
CBH accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered.

Some positions require pre-employment drug testing in which the applicant who is offered the position will be required to successfully complete.
